I HAVE REALLY BEEN UNSATISFIED WITH TIHS COMPANY. I HAVE BEEN PROMISED MANY ,MANY CALLS WHICH I NEVER RECIEVED. I HAVE HAD NO FOLLOW-UP ON MY CASE AT ALL. I HAVE SINCE SETTELED MY CHILD SUPPORT ISSUSES AND WOULD LIKE A REFUND.I HAVE BEN PROMISED A REFUND BUT THERE IS NO ONE THAT WILL TALK TO ME AND GIVE ME A REAL ANSWER WHEN. IT IS SO HARD TO GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE. AND IF YOU DO GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE THEY DON'T INTERDUCE THEMSELVES YOU HAVE TO ASK TO WHOM AM I SPEAKING. IS THAT STRANGE??? THE FIRST THING A COMPANY TEACHES YOU WHEN YOU ANSWER THE PHONE ON THIER BEHALF IS TO INTERDUCE YOURSELF.I AM NOT GETTING ANY HELP FROM THESE GUYS AT ALL. JUST THE RUN AROUND AND MARK HUNG -UP ON ME YESTERDAY. HUNG-UP ON TRYING TO GET MY 1500.00 DOLLARS BACK.
