Do Not Trust this business at all. I received a call from them regarding a toner order that I had placed with the company that our business has a contract with. They represented themselves as being associated with the contract company. They were very pleasant on the phone when they called, stating they were sorry for the delay in the toner shipment, that they had a turnover of staff at the warehouse. I told them, oh, that is okay. Things like that happen. I have my toner. Well, in the next week, I receive a shipment with 2 toners in it. Thankfully I did not open this box as I had already replaced my toner with the toner from the contract company. A week later my office manager is questioning me as to why I have a charge for $619 for toner. I was FLOORED! I told her, We have free toner. What are you talking about. She gave me the invoice. Lo and behold, the charge was $619! I called our contract company to find out what was going on and they told me, they have been getting complaints about this from other businesses as well. Our contract company told me, you have been pirated. Do not pay this and send it back. I called this Advantage Distribution Services only to get voice mail stating they are on Pacific Time and close at 2pm. I left a message and called my contract company again to verify info. I had not heard from the ADS co so I tried to fax my complaint over only to find out that the "line is being checked for trouble". So, I called them once again and spoke to someone finally. They told me my label would be coming and I would have it this week. Label did not show up but their rude customer service called my office manager demanding payment and when told we are not paying it etc they told us to ship it back but we would be charged a 10% restocking fee!!??? They were told NO we were not paying that and to never call us again. I give this company a ZERO STAR but it will not allow that on here. I have also filed my complaint with the BBB!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....
