Recently purchased one of their units and it appeared to be defective. I spoke with the company and their reply was to immediately replace my current unit at no cost. The individual took the time to explain the technology behind the unit and was very helpful in making sure my needs were met. It is such a pleasure to deal with a company that believes in the importance of the customer (a rare occurrence these days). Great product and outstanding customer service!
