Cheap stuff

I called a while back and needed two steno carrying cases. I bought the soft cover one. I needed one for me and one for a machine I sold. I received them and although they looked similar, they were very different. One was a Stenograph case. The other one
was similar looking, extremely flimsy, cheap and just not very good. I was in a hurry and needed them. I did call Acculaw to tell them that one was good and one was crap. They really didn't have anything to say. They just took my information. Won't buy anything
there again.
