Customer Support? WHAT customer support?!

I have been playing City Girl for the last few months and I must say, I became addicted to the game. There were loading and reloading issues with the game pretty much on a regular basis. But, sure, OK I became accustomed to it because I fell in love with
the break from my own reality of daily life by stepping into this ficticous(?sp) life. I made some really great friends. One particularly great friend. THEN, PLAYDOM decided we can have friends, but we don't need AS many friends. So, the number of friends
we were allowed to have went from 200 down to 50! OK, so I adjusted my game play to acclimate for the lessened number of friends. THEN, Playdom decided that WE, the actual players of the game don't need to talk to each other and they split the chats apart.
BUT, they were shoving down our throats how we will from time to time be in the same chat feeds with our friends. Myself and my good friend were in the same chat feeds 2 times in a 3 month period of time! Friends have been reduced again. Now we can only have
45 friends! In a game that requires interaction with friends in order to advance in a game, and frequent interaction(s) with friends it's near impossible to advance when our number of allowable friends continues to diminish. Yet, I have continued to adjust
my game play to all of their changes. I think for me the worst thing I have witnessed with my own eyes has been the creepy child predators (grown men) who prey on very young girls (9-10 year old little girls). One incident particularly really bothered me.
So much so that I reported the situation via email to the site. I copied and pasted the entire conversation. I "submitted a ticket" as they call it. Periodically throughout the day I checked the status of the ticket. NOTHING! 24 hours after submitting the
initial ticket.....NOTHING! I sent a rather heated email to PD (Playdom) telling them exactly what I would do to take whatever steps necessary to bring it to the attention of those entities who WOULD make them protect children! To suggest PLAYDOM is a joke
implies one will find humor in the antics they shove down their customers throats! I find no humor in their crap! HOWEVER, the FORUMS for the DCG game IS a joke! There are Administrator and even Super Administrators! These forums are even linked to the game!
Below the game screen actually. This would and does suggest to some people that should you have an issue that requires assistance...Such as a child predator who is fixated on a 10 year old little girl just hop over to the forums and ask for help. WELL, Let
me tell you the ONLY assistance an administrator and or Super Administrator can give you is to EDIT OUT YOUR CRIES AND PLEAS FOR HELP! Those so called Administrators are very quick to say..."PLAYDOM DOES NOT TOLERATE BULLYING IN ANY OF ITS GAMES" That is a
big fat LIE! Reporting someone does nothing! The little members of the UNDEROO GANG know nothing will be done to them so they continue their terrorizing of weaker/younger players and us adults are expected to babysit these juvenile delinquents! If I could
give less that 1-star I most certainly would! Hell, I deserve the star NOT PLAYDOM!
