I became familiar with AVA construction by watching the job they did for my neighbor down the street. I was impressed with what they did to turn a tract house into a elegant home, and the short amount of time it took. AVA was the fourth contractor we talked to, and the only one who gave us a sense that they really knew what they could do for us. Their design ideas turned our whole project upside down, and ended giving us twice the product for the same budget cost. Needless to say we chose AVA.
My next step was to watch the AVA staff deliver plans (which were done in house at a significant savings to me) to the city. To my utter amazement, AVA seemed to have the building dept's respect and confidence as each dept. Scrutinized the plans, and approved them with no apparent unresolved issues. The cherry on top of my day was getting the permit pulled in one day. It was obvious the AVA staff knew how to get it done.
The way the crews attacked the job and still did not compromise my feeling of being home was a definant surprise to m wife, who was sure we would not be able to relax at all during this process. When a problem came up, it seemed like they always had a solution that did not cost me anything additional. Their ability to navigate this process, and guide us along gave us real peace of mind during the process, and about our decision to go with them in the first place.
Now that we are almost done, I can't thank Kamran enough. If I ever can do this again, I know who I will call first.
