I am a small business in Maryland and I have spent more hours then I would like to admit researching ADCO Media and I wish I had done that before doing business with them. I have a hard time believing any of these compliments posted here and I am compelled to tell my experience.
The art work was horrible, I had them redo it several times until I gave up and settled for one that was not good but better than the others I had seen. This raised my attention and I did an online search only to find a ton of other complaints. I called a number of businesses from their website supersavings.com and asked for a referral. Not one of them could tell me that they had actually seen a commercial. I told ADCO I had done this and they threatened me and acused. Most good companies want you to get testimonials! Big RED FLAG! I signed on in Sept.2009, now Almost May 2010... No commercials! They have excuses why not done. Everyone I have spoken with have not seen commercials nor have had ANY business increase from paper ads either. Most are very mad and feel taken advantage of. When you call sales rep. They avoid and are never in office. Call home office in CA. Almost always very rude and defensive. You rarely seem to get any satisfaction from speaking with them and they are most often mean, angry, threatening and rude. I see complaints from all over the country dating back to 2005 some even from supposed ex sales reps admitting they are ripping off folks. I do not think this co. is reputable and would not personally recommend it to anyone.
