STAY AWAY FROM DO NOT PURCHASE

I have had 3 warranties on my past veh's from other companies without a single problem when a warranty claim was initiated by the dealership. I purchased the warranty from Aw Auto Pro stating to the sales man that I wanted the best available for coverage. He advised premier and the purchase was made for $2,500.00 dollars. A year passed and my truck went into the dealership, twice it was a fight to have things covered that were clearly covered and after trying to not pay finally was.
I was given 3 different answers concerning the parts coverage. 1) They were not going to cover the part. ARGUMENT 2)They would cover one of the parts but not another. ARGUMENT and finally 3) They would cover all parts. Now if I hadn't stood my ground and questioned why, money would have come out of my pocket instead of the warranty that I paid for. The service manager stated that this company along with one other were the only two he has ever had a problem with. Unless you want to argue over whether your veh. will be covered for what you paid for STAY AWAY DO NOT PURCHASE I STRONGLY ADVISE TO BUY FROM A PERSON FACE TO FACE (DEALERSHIP) *******AND NOT FROM AW AUTO PRO*******
