I would like to take this opportunity to respond to the review you posted today.
1. All of the plans that we offer to our customers are available to view online at our website www.awautopro.com. The sales person should have directed you to the site and showed you exactly the plan that you would be signing up with today.
2 The reason the sales person was trying to have you put a deposit down on the first call is because this industry is based on risk and if you would call back and try to sign up you would be considered a higher risk.
The reason for this is simple, most people hear the quote and say to themselves "well my car is in great shape and I may not need this service contract." Therefore the second time you call we have to assume that the reason you're calling is because you're having issues with the car.
3. The reason we believe that putting a deposit down should not be an issue is because we always give a 30 day FULL REFUND review period to which you can take your contract to your mechanic and make sure the contract fits your needs.
I hope this explains some of the sales tactics and puts your mind at ease about our company.
